The Shipwreck Grill concept was born from both a passion for restaurants and a love of the Bryan/College Station area. Following graduation from Texas A&M in 1990, Mary and I have had the pleasure of running and owning restaurants around Texas, including B/CS. Although opportunity took us away from B/CS, we always hoped we would have the opportunity to come back. Having teamed up with long-time friend and partner-in-crime Robby Bartnett, and with the help of sons Collin and Carson, we are ecstatic to create Shipwreck Grill in Bryan.
