Electric Disorder are a new wave synth pop duo from the Midlands U.K. At first listen it seems all too easy to name Electric Disorder's influences. You'll think of The Human League, Depeche Mode and Duran Duran. But listen again. You can hear Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk, Peter Gabriel, the Beatles and the Stones. Listen again, and you'll hear something you hadn't noticed before. In short, it would be easier to list who hasn't influenced Electric Disorder. But this isn't a lazy pastiche of what's been before. Peter Kern and Matt Richards don't just rehash what's past; instead they take what they like and make something new, fresh, gritty and exciting.
In short, it's Electric Disorder. Electric Disorder have written a number of tracks, the first of which to be released 'Clive Sinclair' is an homage to the great man behind the birth of modern computing. The White Noise Remix is an uptempo electro stomper for those who like the floor.
