I’ve been using my awareness to watch and read energy since I was a child. I gave up reading books long ago since people and their lives create the most interesting stories to read. When I was young, I was drawn to science and wanted to be a doctor, but I didn’t see that drugs shifted things for the better. I looked at alternative medicine but didn’t want to dispense supplements. I was deeply drawn to simplicity and that simply meant moving blocked energy to relieve pain.
Everything is composed of energy, and pain happens when energy doesn’t move. When I focus my gift of awareness on what’s not moving, it acts like a light coming into a dark room. It illuminates and creates more awareness. Awareness moves energy. You, as a client, will carefully show me what you want opened, and as I work, I communicate with you about what is happening. My communication is always highly personal and unique to you. It comes through perfectly tuned so you can understand and relax with it, which is the core of letting go.
Our session begins as you sit quietly in person or by phone as I read the bigger picture of what you are creating right now. This helps you understand why your life is unfolding the way it is. In the beginning there may be feelings of tremendous tension and invalidation, but what you are creating in life is always amazing and powerful, even if you don’t think so initially. My job is to facilitate a shift in perspective so you can see how amazing you are and help you understand that you are moving exactly where you want to go. There are reasons for everything you do, and there is no such thing as a mistake. Your life unfolds as a series of lessons that you are carefully orchestrating. Understanding this helps you to relax, restores faith in yourself and helps you get out of your own way.
The way I work energy is subtle and gentle. I see it as a soft unfolding of space through gentle conversation: an invitation to expand your perspective of yourself with the full realization that you yourself have already created a space or container in which to do it. I literally hold your hand as you take the step into this expanded frequency. The goal at the end of the session is to send you on your way to create your life in certainty, clarity and validation. No further helping hand is required once you are full of yourself and accessing your own information. You are ready to fly on your own.
That is ultimately heaven on earth.
