Coeurimba is an African marimba band from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Formerly known as the Coeur d'Alene Marimba Band, Coeurimba is know throughout the Northwest for its high energy peromances on large wooden xylophones called marimbas. Their music is a collection of both traditional and modern songs, primarily originating from Zimbabwe. Coeurimba's music combines both melodic innocence and rhythmic sophistication that will get toes tapping and feet moving in young and old alike. The band is available to play at workshops, folk festivals, school events, weddings, parties, fairs and conventions.
