TheRainMakers-TBL is an outgrowth of what Ive been doing for several years in terms of research, counseling and writing. It all began nearly eighteen years ago as a full professor being very active across a broad range of subjects a holistic schema resulting from my own evolvement toward the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) as the most viable management concept for todays uncertain world. There are times when I do try very hard to think NO BOX (Lovins).
During my evolution and it continues today Ive had wonderful experiences of befriending numbers of colleagues professional and academic who have surely prodded me in the right direction and have been largely responsible for moving me mentally, philosophically and practically toward TBL for analysis, stratagems and everyday living. TheRainMakers-TBL is a team of persons with holistic mindsets. This would not have been possible without their intellectual input and critical discussions. Sometimes theyre merciless and I have go hide somewhere. Many have made significant contributions, as you will note from several posted papers and presentations. A select few have daringly agreed to serve on our Executive Board of Advisors.
This is a powerful team. We are here to counsel, analyze, examine relevant data, coach, advise, at times cajole, strategize, collaborate we are here to help if you want to be a 21st Century organization. We encourage you to leadership thinking that is holistic, always moving your organization forward in win-win-win directions a TBL management philosophy.
