Beit al Salam: Damascus Hotels - Syria Holiday - Rentals
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding modern city, Beit Al Salam (which means “house of peace”) is an ideal refuge for travelers and students to catch up on some R & R or studying. Yet, it is a short five minute walk to all the old city has to offer. The house sleeps six to nine guests. Downstairs we have one bedroom, a living room with traditional Arabic seating, a kitchen, a western bathroom, and a courtyard with an adjoining lewan(sheltered seating area). Upstairs are three bedrooms, another kitchen and western bathroom, an Arabic w/c, and a terrace.
