Photography is the best job in the world to me. Being a photographer suits my personality. I love people. I shoot when and where I can in between looking after my totally brilliant little son and other various activities in my life! I'm rarely without my camera. I can't imagine being stuck somewhere without it. I always use every second and every location as potential photo-fabulousness. I work hard and play hard, normally at the same time.
I take my role as your photographer as seriously (or not for those of you whose quirkiness is what makes you special like me) as you do. My role is to capture those special, fun, and sometimes goofy moments that you have always had, but now you want to share with your loved ones and friends. I know how you feel about being in front of a camera and that's why I believe capturing natural moments equals natural beauty! I am a natural light photographer which means you get me and my camera. No lighting equipment or long staged shots. It's all about being natural, being yourselves, hanging out and shooting you all when you are comfortable. I spend my shoots tromping about with a camera getting people to laugh, jump in puddles, hang out of trees, eat ice cream, hug, blow raspberries, dream, kiss, wink and whatever else I can think of to make the shot personalized. A shot really only works if I can make people take a natural approach and really relax. Therefore, I won't take a shot until I know I have that trust from someone.
As far as my photography style goes, I mix photojournalism, candid portraits and creative photography approaches to capture the most beautiful aspects of your session or event. I love documentary & reportage style photography as it lets people be themselves and not worry about how they will look. Rather, how they will FEEL.
When shooting weddings, I love being part of your family for a day, I get to be with you first thing in the morning until the cans rattle on the back of the car that night. I get to hear all about you and your partner from your family, friends and guests. I get to shoot really special moments that happen in a blink of an eye and the once in a lifetime moments that you can have confidence I will capture. As an outsider looking in to your wonderfully crazy & lovely life, I am always honored to be a part of your amazing day. Photographing your wedding isn't about lining you and your families up and making you stand uncomfortably erect, it's about letting you enjoy yourselves and capturing those moments and the subsequent moments that follow. (Let's just be frank the PARTY!)

Every client is individual so the price guide is simply that, a guide to what you could have, but we can adapt to suit your style and budget. .
My wedding photography services are aimed at couples who appreciate fun, relaxed and contemporary wedding photography. Coverage can range from bridal preparations through to the wedding reception.

Beyond this distance you will be charged at a rate of 50¢ per mile. Accommodations, car rental, plane fare, and

*** 20% non-refundable down payment required to secure your date. Deposit goes towards your final balance.
*** A 50% payment on your order is required when ordering additional photos and albums. The balance is due upon the delivery of the order.
*** All CD/DVDs will be shipped to your address within 1-2 weeks after your shoot. A delivery confirmation will be included with the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Charge is your 25% deposit.
