The company was established in the early 50s by Mr. Saeed Ahmed Taher (God have merci on his soul). When it was 1st established, the company was specialized in the construction sector where it purchased and rebuilt old buildings according to the modern urban designs mainly in Kretar – City of Aden – and The Central Market – next to the Athletic Stadium. After that, the company’s activity region expanded to cover Al-Mu’ala and Khor Maksar where number of buildings were built and sold by the company. After the September Revolution in 1962, the Company’s Head Office was relocated to Taiz Governorate where it’s activities bloomed and expanded. The company built and sold a lot of buildings and participated in a number of Government tenders. In 1998, the Head Office was finally relocated to Sana’a – The Capital – it’s current location where the company executed a number of Government tenders and different engineering & contracting activities. The company also has branches in many Yemeni Governorates. The Company has executed a number of distinguished works like the group of Public Health Ministry’s Buildings and other Government Buildings.
