KC Mowbray is a DJ currently residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He spins locally in Vancouver at night clubs, lounges, weddings, parties and also travels to Vietnam and other parts of Asia to dj on the regular. He has appeared on City TV, MTV Canada, and has shared stages with artists such as Mix Master Mike, Maestro Fresh Wes, the Alkaholiks, De La Soul, Rob Swift and Afrika Bambaata. In 2010 he won the MEGABLEND dj competition and has also been showcased in the coveted Redbull 3style DJ Battle at the Commodore Ballroom.
Eclectik has rocked parties at most clubs in Vancouver such as The Commodore Ballroom, Gossip, Plush, Urban Well, Plaza, Caprice, Backstage Lounge, Lola, Skybar, Voda, Doolins Irish Pub, Tokyo Lounge, Hennessey Dining Lounge, The Pit Pub, and The Cambie. Eclectik plays all types of music: Rock, 80s, 90s, Motown, Funk, Soul, Old School, Dance, RnB, Hip Hop, Breaks and Bmore. His influences include Jazzy Jeff, Melo D, Cut Chemist, Numark, Z Trip, and Skratch Bastid. Eclectik gives props to top Vancouver dj's such as Kemo, Flipout, J Swing, Hedspin, P-Luv, Marlon J. English, Wax, and the Goodfellas (Smooth and Friktion).
