Monastery Greetings is honored to be chosen by the Trappist monks at St. Joseph's Abbey in Spencer, Massachusetts, to handle fulfillment of mail orders for Trappist Preserves. The tradition of excellence is sustained by cooks who have been refining recipes and techniques for more than 50 years. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to every batch of Trappist Preserves. Jams are made from puréed fruit, and jellies are made from fruit juice; marmalades include peel. Conserves, like preserves, are made from the whole fruit, but raisins and nuts may be added. Trappist Preserves come in 30 flavors: apricot, apricot-pineapple, blackberry, boysenberry, blueberry, burgundy, cherry, concord grape, cranberry, damson plum, elderberry, ginger, hot pepper, hot pepper cranberry, hot pepper mango, kadota fig, lemon, peach, pomegranate, port wine, quince, red currant, red raspberry seedless, rhubarb-orange, rhubarb-strawberry, Seville orange, sherry wine, strawberry, sweet orange.

About me....
“I started making Jams, Chutneys and Marmalade for the simple reason I could never find a tasty Red Onion Marmalade or a simple Orange one - so I made my own. The result was fabulous. I gave it to friends and family to try, who loved them. I also made them as “favours” for my friend’s wedding and the response was outstanding (these were presented in the same way as you see them now). I was being asked to make different kinds of preserves and used old jam jars to put them in - people kept coming back for more. At one point I couldn’t keep up with demand as I didn’t have enough empty jars to fill! Believe it or not, making these products is my way of relaxing, and there is nothing lovelier than people saying how much they enjoy something you have made. I thought it would be rude not to share a little bit of yumminess elsewhere – with you.
This was simply a hobby which seems to have turned a little bit more serious!
Living on the outskirts of Harrogate with my little girl and husband it seemed only right and fitting to name the product after the prettiest spa town in England –

I use as much local stuff as much as possible - with no preservatives, additives or artificial colourings.
