Founded in 1985, as Derek Church Williams/Landscape Architecture, our firm has provided the Carolinas, Virginia, and Georgia with landscape architectural services for twenty-three years. In 1996, we expanded our services to include civil engineering and changed our name to Site Solutions. We have been involved in the planning of numerous educational, institutional, recreational, commercial and residential projects. Site Solutions is committed to meeting our clients schedule and budget. We enjoy working with design teams and committees to bring innovative ideas together to form dynamic, creative design solutions.
Each project is viewed as a new opportunity with a unique set of design parameters (development program, budget, schedule and site conditions). We allow these project parameters to dictate our approach to the design solution and work closely with the client to understand their goals and objectives. Once we have an understanding of the clients needs, design solutions are prepared for review with the client. With this approach, we develop alternatives that are fresh, unique and go beyond the ordinary.
Today, the firms twenty-four member staff offers clients the services of eleven registered professionals (Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers) with a wide variety of skills and experiences. When project scope requires skills beyond our in house capability we team with other design professionals to provide clients with a single source for their site planning needs. With these in-house and strong sub-consultant relationships, we are capable of handling projects of significant scope, while providing clients with uncompromising personal service.
