I have been involved with photography since I received my first Nikon SLR on my twenty first birthday - that was a while ago!!
I have received several First Place Photography ribbons from the Color Camera Club Monthly and Yearly Competitions and have had my work exhibited in Weschester for ten years. I have had my Photography pictured in The New York Times, Natural Awakenings Magazine,Teatown Lake Calendar Winner,and featured on the cover of local newspapers in Weschester County. I am currently a Member, Board Member,Vice President and the Photography Exhibit Chairperson for The Color Camera Club of Westchester. (Located in Westchester N.Y.)
I am also a current member of The Yorktown Grange , in Yorktown Heights N.Y.(I am the Photography Exhibit Chairperson for the Grange Fair), and a member of The Photo Eye photography club located in Mahopac N.Y.
I started my gallery here on SmugMug so that my clients can purchase there photographs at their leisure. Over time I will be creating and entering many "New Dimension" type photography . Digital Art work as well as Black and White Portraits, Landscapes, and Parties.
There are many different styles to my photography - I don't focus on one subject in particular. I enjoy photographing almost anything I find interesting and exciting. My new passion is photographing Moms-to-be. It is a very exciting time for them, which makes photographing them a joy. I love to use special effects in my photography, always experimenting with new techniques.
