Briar Mtn Farm is a small family farm located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Our farm is located in southwestern Virginia and with in short driving distance to North Carolina, Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Blacksburg. We are about 3 - 6 hours from West Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Maryland, and Ohio. We raise, sell, and breed Purebred Nubian Dairy Goats. Many thanks to Jean Lucas, owner of Kismet Nubians, for allowing us to obtain some very nice doe and buck kids over the last few years. Our herd sires are Kismet Operator's in Scharge ( Kismet Marvins Smooth Operator x Kismet Mandrill Shasta ) and Kismet Sherrod's Musso. The does that we have purchased from Jean Lucas are Kismet Mandrill Marzi, Kismet Klover, Kismet Kameo's Xclusive Koffee, and Kismet Sherrod's Minnie Belle. Our herd also consists of bloodlines from Newland Nubians, Longman, Kastdemur and Cherry Hill. We also make and sell goat's milk soap and lotion and organic lip balm. We are members of the American Dairy Goat Association.
