Traditional, design and construct, target cost, open book and negotiated contracts are regularly undertaken with the company being experienced in all the forms of contract currently in use in the United Kingdom. Individual contracts have been undertaken to values in excess of £30m and framework contracts are in place which will yield a construction value of £150m. Contract values range from £500k to £40m with a predominant proportion encompassing projects between £1m and £20m.
