The Joshua Center for Neurological Disorders is a vital resource for both children and adults who are living with Asperger syndrome, Tourette syndrome, high-functioning autism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), bipolar, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other associated neurological disorders. The Joshua Center and the Web site combine to provide custom programs for individuals and families, clinical care, counseling, social skills development, staff development, support groups for affected individual and families, children's summer camp, full-featured discussion forums, articles, research, terminology definitions, publications, links to relevant resources, and volunteer programs. The Joshua Center for Neurological Disorders is a non-profit organization that has been in operation since 1996. The general Web site is free to use. Discussion forums are open to registered members (membership is free). Many articles and research is provided without charge. Some publications are offered for a small fee. Funding is provided by individual and corporate contributions and annual events. The Joshua Center is a United Way Agency and a member of DonorEdge.
