Hello, my name is Bonn Latimer and I am the President of Oak Tree Builders, Inc. (OTB). OTB builds homes mostly in Williamson County, Tennessee, but has also built homes in Davidson, Sumner, & Maury counties. Thank you so much for visiting this site. I look forward to discussing with you how to make building your dream home a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a triple major Business Management, Data Processing, & Statistics- I moved to the Middle Tennessee area where I took a job with the Aetna Insurance Company. I discovered that the suit and tie job was not what I was cut out for. I had grown up in West Tennessee working at several types of agricultural related jobs as well as working on a farm for a couple of years while in my college years. I decided to start OTB in 1984. This is where I started my second education The School of Hard Knocks! While painful at first, the school of hard knocks is the best teacher of all. After 23 years of learning thru experience, I am pleased to offer you the fruits of my building expertise.
