EFT (emotional freedom technique) which is part of a new branch of psychology called energy psychology, has been used successfully by Susan to heal physical pain, traumas, insomnia, grief, anxiety, worry, fear, hopelessness, helplessness, loss, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), worthlessness, no/low self-esteem, weight, guilt, blame, allergies, stress and depression. These are some of the issues that she personally worked on as well as with her clients.
Reiki is a powerful yet gentle gift which has helped to balance Susans energy and to aid in her physical healing. It has also helped to relieve stress and to revitalize her. It provides a sense of well-being and relaxation that are unequalled. It has brought a sense of healing and peace to her husband who has had immense suffering from combat PTSD, depression, rage and nightmares.
