The Kokeizan of zen garden and national treasure
The Kokeizan in Gifu Prefecture Tajimi City is a Zen sect buddhist temple opened with Muso-soseki cornerstone in 1313. It belongs to the Rinzai sect Nanzen-ji school. The center of Kokeizan is Eihoji, and has a lot of cultural assets such as national treasure Kannon-dou, Kaizan-dou, and the country specification place of scenic beauty gardens. The Kokeizan monk temple that is a special gym for the zen priest training of the Rinzai sect Nanzen-ji school is established as an annex in Eihoji, and a lot of training monks are working hard at training as an zen priest.
