Vill Ni bli lönsammare och ha ett större förtroende hos Era kunder?
Jag arbetar med att hjälpa mjukvarubolag att bli lönsammare genom att skapa riktning och struktur, dvs. en välfungerande organisation med bra processer (t.ex. utveckling och support). Min målsättning är att hjälpa mina kunder att gå ifrån ett brandsläckningsscenario till en välfungerande enhet med hög produktivitet och stort kundförtroende. Jag gör det genom Kvadrantmetoden ett koncept som jag själv framgångsrikt tillämpat på flera av mina tidigare arbetsplatser.
Jag har lång erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling och har jobbat i de flesta rollerna, först som systemingenjör och utvecklare och sedan som projektledare, teamchef och avdelningschef. Jag har varit med om allt från kraftig expansion och stabilitet till omstruktureringar och uppsägningar på bland annat IBM, AU-System (numera Teleca), Ericsson och SmartTrust. Senast var jag VD på Blanchard Sverige AB, ett ledarutvecklingsbolag.
Jag är ingen teoretiker eller specialist utan är mera pragmatiskt lagd - jag gillar att få saker och ting att fungera bra och långsiktigt samtidigt som människorna i organisationen trivs och mår bra så att de kan och vill göra sitt yttersta. Jag är noggrann och strukturerad.
Som person är jag lugn och stabil och har lätt för att ta kontakt med människor. Jag tror att andra uppfattar mig som tydlig, pålitlig och kompetent. Jag tycker om att ha roligt när jag jobbar.

It has come to my attention through the back door that some of my photos have offended certain people. I caught them in the act of being themselves. In all fairness to whomever i have locked certain galleries so these people can sleep at night. Only someone that i know can request the password. Sorry for any inconvenience.
One more note, this web site is posted for me. I could care less who visits or how many visits i get per month. If you are offended by a photograph issue a request to me with placement and i will gladly remove it. I love to photograph people being them selves. I guess sometimes people take themselves a little too seriously. Not me.

The bird folder is complete. Hoover High has also been posted. I have started a new folder with video clips from awhile back.
To all that visit this photo site thanks for looking. Some of the photos are new and some were taken before i was born. The one to the left is a recent one of me. Ha. Who knows some long lost relatives might stumble upon them.
I know there are a lot of photos of my dogs. If you don't like my dogs go to a cat site.
Please keep in mind that some of these photos were color corrected for my monitor and printer. They could be a little different on your monitor. They could also be darker or a little lighter. Also I am color blind.
