Key West is the southernmost town in the United States and closer to Havana than Miami. Key West is a historical, exciting fun place to visit and popular to spend a vacation, wedding, honeymoon, anniversary or get-away. Having a subtropical climate with temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s and sunshine year round and the most spectacular sunsets at days end.
Key West has so many fun things to do and see. It is best not to drive a car in Key West because of the difficulty in parking, it is best to walk or you can rent a bike or scooter or you can take the Old Town Trolley or the Conch Tour Train. Key West is relatively small in area.
There are many recreational activities for your enjoyment, fishing, diving, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, parasailing, One can go swimming with the dolphins or explore the reefs with schools of colored tropical fish and colored coral in a glass bottom boat. There are hundreds of species of tropical colorful fish and numerous different kinds of brightly colored coral.

One has several choices of the kind of fishing one enjoys, reef fishing, back country, on the flats and fly fishing. One can rent a boat or charter a boat with a professional captain and crew.
Diving and Snorkeling are such fun sports. There are many dive sites with schools of tropical fish and coral. Wreck diving is very popular where one can see wrecks dating back to the 1600’s.
