RRF is a philanthropic organization, working for the vulnerable people in the demos to expand the helping hand with the view to grow up the human being physically, mentally, socially and spiritually with the fundamental needs through alleviating the poverty of Bangladesh. Rural Reconstruction Foundation is the acronym of RRF. It is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political and non-sectarian voluntary development organization which was established on March 20, 1982 aiming at promotion of socio-economic emancipation of the under privileged in the south western part of the country in Bangladesh. It was founded by Mr. Philip Biswas and Mrs. Rita P. Biswas of Jessore.
