After Maharaj Ji, Mahant Niranjan Dass Ji were sanchalak of Dera Rampura. until 13th Aug, 1997 and now Sant Inderdass ji is the main sanchalak of Dera Rampura. Now every year of November Dera sangaat celebrate barasi of Sri Satgur Bandishod Ishardass ji Maharaj. Every Month there is a sangraad's satsang and every sunday's satsang. Also August sant samagam is celebrate by Dera premi's and sadh sangaat. Dera's Prayer tells sangat to connect with Paramaatam's guru Shakti.
