Kevin Jang - Pianist
Kevin Jang, the young prodigy pianist, would like to bring beatutiful music to the world. He made his orchestral debut in 2003 at age nine. Since then, Kevin has appeared as piano soloist with various orchestras such as the Edison Symphony, Juilliard Pre-College Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica di Chioggia, Plainfield Symphony, and the Warminster Symphony. He has performed at such prestigious concert venues as Carnegie Hallâs Weill Recital Hall, Lincoln Centerâs Alice Tully Hall, Lied Center of Kansas, New Jersey State Theatre, and Steinway Hall in New York City. Kevin was awarded Artist of the Season by the Edison Arts Society in 2005 and featured in The Arts in Edison Cable TV program. He is a grant recipient from Children's Foundation for the Arts since 2007. Currently Kevin studies piano under the tutelage of Susan Starr. As a youth volunteer, he frequently serves the community with his music at nursing homes.
