Hussein Ranchhod & Co is a partnership of Legal Practitioners established in 1997 and registered with the Law Society of Zimbabwe. The firm has a specialized unit within the firm that deals with intellectual property matters in Zimbabwe, and Africa through the Africa Regional Property Organization (ARIPO). ARIPO's headquarters are situated in Harare, Zimbabwe. The firm also acts as agents for the registration of Patents, Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Utility Models, Plant Breeds and Copyright.
We are members of the Institute o Arbitrators and the International Bar Association (IBA). The partners, Terrence Hussein and Paresh Ranchhod, each have over 20 years' experience.
