(H)ealing-Alternative healing and health practices that nourish the connections of the body, mind & spirit to create harmony within.
(E)nvironment-Gardening, Alternative Energy, Eco-literacy & Homesteading programs that improve the quality of our lives & improve our community's environmental health & carbon footprint as well.
(A)rts-Provide a platform for the sharing of creative gifts & talents. Making use of the arts through exhibitions, performances & classes that nourish the connections of the body, mind & spirit to create harmony within.
(R)etreats- Provide day or weekend retreats throughout the season with various themes to encourage and inspire the movement toward positive change.
(T)eaching- To provide a platform for teachers dedicated to conveying the message and its essence to individuals searching for a H.E.A.R.T. Centered Life.

Website of Global Awareness Local Action (G.A.L.A.), a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating sustainable solutions one community at a time. Starting in Wolfeboro, N.H., G.A.L.A. is establishing a model to help communities build social capital while restoring ecological integrity. G.A.L.A. also works to strengthen relationships between society, economy, and ecology.
