Pi-Si Foundry ,which was founded in 2005 in the Aegean port city “İzmir A.O.S.B.” produces grey and spherodial graphite (ductile) cast irons complying international standarts by its experience which goes back to 1960’ies. We are able to cast net single part up to 1 tone at our factory located 20.000 sqm. with 4.000 covered place.
Our company is especially experienced in production of construction parts, automotive parts, machine parts, cement industry parts, water pomps, valve bodies and parts.
Pi-Si Foundry has 500 kg and 750 kg two units induction furnaces and an overhead cranes 3 and 5 tones. Annual capacity of production is 1500 tons net for single shift and 2500 tons double shift. Most of our molding process is done by utilizing the resin moulding process 3 and 10 ton mixers with reclamation system(by Omega). In addition we use 4 overhead cranes 1 to 3 ton and mini loader(bobcat).
Our mission is to provide its costumer with high quality and dependable products.
In order to realize its mission its laboratory equipped with hardness tester a spectrometre “OBLF”with high accuracy 8 programmes enabling to measure 20 elements channels, which is recalibrated with international standarts (Bas Samples) and a microscope that is able to take a photograph of structural observation of the material if desired.
Pi-Si Foundry has to provide its customer with high quality clean and proof surfaced products 1 hanger shot blast cleaning machine 5 tones and cleaning of small size pieces is done by a table blast cleaning machine . Cutting and fetthing operations are done by the use of modern and efficient machines.
