Ferrules - Wire Insulated Uninsulated Ferrule - What's a wire Ferrule? A wire Ferrule is a connector used to terminate stranded wires. A wire Ferrule is normally crimped to a stranded wire using a crimping tool (compression , ratchet or pneumatic mechanism), thus turning the stranded wire into a solid one. Twin Wire Ferrules are also offered in the same three different series and range in size from 2x.50 mm2 (2x22AWG) to 2x16.00 mm2 (2x6AWG).
