Produced in the federally inspected kitchens of the Cedar Bough, our products are all homemade by hand in small batches, using only high quality ingredients. Just like you would do at home.
With over a selection of 100 varieties, our award winning products are sure to please all tastes.
From recipes developed here by us to tried and trues of the past. Many of our recipes have their roots in the Amish/Mennonite community and from grandmothers of the past. You won't be disappointed with our quality, taste, value and variety. We gladly do special requests for those special events & special people.

The letters V.I.N. are the first name initials of my grandchildren. The (plus) sign is for the 4th grandchild soon to be born. Name and initial yet unknown.
The Country Wood Sales began as a hobby making custom wood products for residents of the Bruce Peninsula and abroad. My style is unique as I don't often make anything the same twice. I use local wood, some cut and kiln dried in a local mill using trees from the local forests. My first choice is Cedar but I will use a mix of woods as it becomes available.
A very popular item I use in the making of some unique furnishings is barn board. After many years, it is still one of the most attractive and durable woods to work with.
Many of my products can be seen adorning a hallway, in the living room of your country cottage, or a jam cupboard for your pantry or kitchen.
My customers will often suggest a size or design giving my pieces their own personal touch.
