Mary's Bread has evolved from a childhood memory of my grandmother baking in her kitchen with me alongside her watching and learning. Over the years I have been baking breads with the same recipe as my grandmothers. This recipe and method is now over 90 years old and has been enjoyed by our family ever since. After trying standard breads on the market today and being disappointed time after time, I have decided that it is time for my breads to be enjoyed by everyone.
