iCareWell is the first social networking site of its kind designed specifically for professionals who experience compassion fatigue. Launching in January 2011, iCareWell will provide a secure community to connect with each other, exchange valuable information and share experiences in a supportive environment. Community members may participate in monthly support calls, debriefing groups and learn about other self-care resources and techniques that reconnect them to the inner joy, passion and excitement that originally brought them to their chosen field of service.
