One Atmosphere is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating climate change and preserving our environment for generations to come. One Atmosphere accomplishes its mission through projects that help everyone get involved in the solution in their everyday lives. Climatepalooza brought together sensational SF Bay Area bands for an epic music event at Cafe du Nord's Swedish American Hall. Fans came out from across the San Francisco Bay Area to see some great acts and get involved in the effort to fight global warming. The SF Climate Challenge was a joint project of One Atmosphere, City of San Francisco, and the Sierra Club. Teams of San Francisco households competed to reduce their energy consumption and win great prizes and recognition by the City of San Francisco. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Nobel Prize winner Al Gore, and many others, endorsed the project. Each of us can help by adjusting our daily activities. We can bike and carpool instead of driving. We can recycle paper, bottles and cans, and compost food scraps instead of putting them in the trash. We can use efficient appliances and take shorter showers. We can even go solar. There are a surprising number of easy ways to make a difference. President and board member Paul Scott, is the creator of SF Climate Challenge and Climatepalooza. A former Department of Justice trial attorney now in private practice. Mr. Scott has a long history of involvement in environmental and community focused projects in San Francisco.

Director of Finance and Corporate Treasurer - In addition to handling One Atmosphere's finances, Tony is currently the Senior Director of Finance for the Utilities Global Business Unit at Oracle Corp. [formerly SPL Worldgroup] in San Francisco.
The division sells next-generation energy tracking and billing systems to utilities across the world - systems that incentivize consumer energy efficiency and track the recycling of energy innefficient appliances.
Director of Operations - Markus Andersson
Director of Operations Markus Andersson has long been active in a range of environmental projects in a volunteer and organizational capacity. Markus is key to strategic planning and project organizing for One Atmosphere.
Director of Communications - Jennifer O'Brien
Director of Communications Jennifer O'Brien is a veteran in the journalism field. In addition to serving as One Atmosphere's Director of Communications, Jennifer also acts as public affairs representative for the University of California at San Francisco Medical School.
Director of Creative Design - Katie Hopkins
Director of Creative Design Katie Hopkins is a San Francisco based creative, with experience running integrated advertising campaigns for titans of industry like Microsft, Sprint, Hewlett Packard, Calistoga, etc. Katie's is a lifelong student of art and a daily visitor to the unique places of natural beauty in San Francisco.
