Royal Legacy Springers was founded in 2002 to breed, raise, and train Field Bred Spaniels that combine some of the best bloodlines from North America and England. Royal Legacy realizes that the majority of its
clients are hunters that want a dog they can hunt with three months of the year and live with the entire year. Their dogs must be trainable and personable. Royal legacy has chosen the AKC Hunt Test Guidelines and AKC Hunt Test Standards
as a guide for breeding and training their dogs. We feel that a dog that has achieved Master Hunter status has demonstrated land and water skills that will satisfy the most demanding hunter.

Stargazer's Kennels, located in rural Iowa, is the formal name for our hobby and the culmination of our dreams and ambitions. We raise Golden Retrievers and Australian Cattle Dogs, for performance and companions on our 240 acres. We are near what is known as the “Top of Iowa”, a short drive from Minneapolis, Minnesota or Des Moines, Iowa. Our Golden Retrievers and Australian Cattle dogs are primarily members of our family and our household. If you know us or our dogs, you might be amused by the word Kennels being part of our name. Our family of Goldens and ACD's spend the majority of their time in our home, in the pool, or frolicking in the shady groves of lush green Iowa grass while the cattle, sheep, horses and ducks watch with interest. They accompany us out and about on a daily basis and look forward to our frequent trips back to Ohio where I grew up.
