The fadbk AG is an independent academy of fine arts. The fadbk AG offers a liberal, enriching and compact education for those, who are highly motivated to develop their own creative skills and visions. One can absolve a study of 6 - 8 semesters (3 -4 years) in the departments of Painting, Photography, Graphics and Printmaking, Sculpture and Environmental Art, Historical and Critical Studies, in which one can graduate (Akademie-Brief) or can work in the academy as a guest-student for a shorter period. The aims of the course are: to offer an intensive education which provides students with relevant technical, intellectual and inter-personal skills; to facilitate an understanding of fine art and design, its practice and its theory.
