Neighborhood Resource Center of Colorado (NRC) is a statewide organization that creates strategic partnerships, provides technical support, and increases the capacity of neighborhoods, local governments, businesses, and other organizations to resolve emerging community issues. NRC strengthens the capacity of neighborhoods associations and individual residents to improve their communities through educational programs, written materials, and technical assistance. NRC enhances the effectiveness of neighborhood assistance programs sponsored by businesses, foundations, and government agencies by providing advice and assistance. NRC develops new programs to assist neighborhoods and people respond to changing communities through technical, financial and professional expertise.
