Round 3 &ndash Save Your Store Now! The Big Box stores are back with a vengeance, flooding Albany with their money in hopes of crushing our small businesses. Big Money for lobbyists. Big Money on a self-serving study to fool the Legislature. Big Money on a PR campaign to whitewash their greed with the news media. They came after us hard in the past, but this is a new level of attack even for these corporate raiders who will not be happy until they put us out of business. There is some good news for us: Governor Cuomo did not propose legalizing the sale of wine everywhere that beer is now sold in his budget proposal. So we have a friend in the Governor, but that doesn&rsquo t mean the fight is over. Far from it. We need to get to work to help the Governor hold firm against the Big Box stores and their massive amounts of money. So let&rsquo s do what we do best and fight back.
