Flambard Press

Description: Flambard Press was founded in 1990 with the support of Northern Arts. We began to publish poetry in 1991, concentrating on new and neglected writers in the North of England. Since then Flambard has widened its policy in several ways while still being especially sympathetic to Northern writers and keen to nourish developing talent. Flambard is now publishing novels and short-story collections as well as poetry, and intends to develop its fiction list in the future.
