Oh sure, you might be forgiven for thinking that we're living in the future, what with our internet-ridden phones. So what if I can call anyone anywhere on the planet, and people can update their twitter feeds from space? You can't REALLY say we're living in the future until we rid ourselves of these damn wires that plague our lives.
Sure, we're making progress with wireless mice and keyboards, but too many people are still using headphones with wires running down into their phones. They're awful things, getting caught on handles and belts, getting tangled in your pocket and… eh, they think you're fat! They're criminally awful. But hey, at least you're able to get rid of one more wire with this Bluetooth headset from Sony-Ericsson. It's tiny, portable, can be switched with whatever headphones you like (as long as they have a 3.5mm connection). Sure, depending on the headphones you use with it there'll be some sort of wire, but it's a step in the right direction, and it comes with a built-in FM radio to boot!
(Please note that the mains charger for this comes with an EU plug, not a UK/Irish plug.)
